You may have your remote access credentials sent to your VA e-mail by using the link below and selecting “Forgot My Password” under “Type of Request”.
Do your credentials not work?
Please use the form above, Contact Your Local Librarian, or e-mail visn1.librarysupportgroup@va.gov to renew your account.
Renewals are processed Monday -> Friday between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and generally are active the following morning. For immediate access, contact your local librarian for temporary credentials.
